Presenters

Rose Gardner is an Account Executive at ACT with more than 17 years in education as a science teacher, college and career counselor, and administrator. Rose focuses on students, educators, and relationships with the families that support schools in Texas.

Jonathan Delgado is an Account Executive supporting districts and campuses in Central and South Texas. Jonathan joins ACT from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) where he played a key role in implementing both the initial 2018 Texas A–F Accountability System and the more recent 2023 A–F System Refresh. His experience in working with state and federal accountability systems and College, Career and Military Readiness (CCMR) indicators has given him a comprehensive understanding of the Texas education system and its intricacies. Prior to TEA, Jonathan served as a data and accountability specialist at Education Service Center Region 13 where he worked on developing and implementing software solutions to help school districts track and analyze student assessment data. 

Bailey-Stilley

Bailey Stilley is the ACT Account Executive supporting Idaho, New Mexico, Utah, & Northwest Texas. Bailey graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She has been consulting in Education Technology for the past 7 years. She has experience in both the K-12 & Higher Education markets promoting college and career success across the Central/Western United States.

Mary “Reenie” Laginess graduated from Auburn University with Undergraduate and Masters degrees in Collaborative Special Education with an Emphasis in Transition. She later attended Louisiana State University and obtained an Educational Specialist Certificate in Curriculum and Instruction.

Reenie has ten years of experience in the field of education. For the past three years, she has been an Assistant Principal at East Ascension High School in Ascension Parish, LA. Previously she worked as a Special Education Coordinator for Ascension Parish School Board.

Reenie has a wealth of knowledge and experience with ACT assessments and services and stands ready to partner with Texas educators as we all promote college and career readiness for our students.
