NO PURCHASE OR ACT TEST REGISTRATION NECESSARY. The "ACT Test Prep Book Giveaway" is open only to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the United States of America; at least 14 years old; in the 11th or 12th grade (or, if home schooled, in the equivalent of 11th or 12th grade); and register and participate in the October 15, 2026, free webinar provided by ACT's American College Application Campaign. ENTRANTS WHO ARE MINORS MUST GET THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN'S PERMISSION PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY. The Giveaway is void outside the eligible giveaway territory and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Giveaway will be held during ACT's American College Application Campaign free webinar on October 15, 2026. Instructions will be provided during the webinar on how to participate in the Giveaway, which will require entrants to provide their name and email address electronically. ACT can collect personal information, such as each entrant’s name, email address, and poll response. By entering, entrants agree and consent that ACT can use this information to verify eligibility, administer the giveaway, select and notify winners, deliver giveaways, and marketing purposes. Additional information can be found in the ACT Privacy Policy on act.org. To qualify to win, entrants must attend this “live” event and stay until the end of the webinar. Fifty (50) winners will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. A digital copy of The Official ACT Prep Guide 2026-2027 will be made available to each winner, valued at approximately $40 USD.
