The WorkKeys NCRC is a portable, evidence-based credential that verifies three foundational skills necessary for workplace success. To date, more than 116,000 Florida residents have earned a WorkKeys NCRC by completing and ranking scores in the Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents Assessments.

Assess and Measure Skills Gains

The ACT® WorkKeys® Applied Math and Workplace Documents Assessments have been approved by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) for use in the National Reporting System (NRS) for measuring skills gains in adult education and published in the Federal Register.
