Jessica has 18 years of experience in education in Florida as a classroom teacher, advanced studies coordinator, assessment coordinator, and assistant principal. She is well versed in the school accountability measures in Florida and enjoys collaborating with school districts to create positive outcomes for students and staff.  

She prides herself on working with districts to ensure they are getting the most value from ACT solutions and taking advantage of the extensive resources available to support students and staff.

Amber Dowdy is an account executive for North Florida and much of Central Florida. Amber has an extensive background in secondary and postsecondary education, with experience as a teacher, assessment coordinator, and school counselor.
