Many organizations and their leaders strive to foster inclusion, recognizing its power to enhance collaboration and unlock the benefits of different perspectives. Yet, achieving true inclusion isn’t always straightforward — it can present paradoxes that, when misunderstood or mishandled, can create division and stall progress.

In this engaging webinar, Dr. Bernardo Ferdman will explore these paradoxes of inclusion, revealing how they may hinder organizational progress if left unaddressed. He will share practical solutions to navigate these complexities and introduce inclusive behaviors that everyone can adopt to create a more welcoming workplace.
