Dr. Ashley Buchman, Director of Client Relations, East Region, ACT
With a doctor of education degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University and 16 years of experience in education, Ashley is a highly qualified professional dedicated to helping educators thrive. Her roles as vice chancellor for student affairs, faculty member for a master’s program, and peer reviewer for a regional accrediting body have equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to strategically support and collaborate with districts in increasing students' college and career readiness.

Metro Nashville Public Schools – Nashville, Tennessee
Dr. Meri Kock, ACT Coordinator for Metro Nashville Public Schools, facilitates implementation of the district's PreK-12 ACT strategic plan including ACT preparation programs in high schools, expanding ACT awareness, knowledge, and skills into elementary and middle schools, and delivering professional development programs for district educators. Dr. Kock has worked in public education for 35 years as a middle school math teacher, high school counselor, and a district data coach prior to assuming her current role.

Dr. Ryan Richardson serves as Associate Director of Secondary Programs at North Clackamas School District, located just outside Portland, Oregon. He leads strategic initiatives that prepare students for post-secondary success, overseeing comprehensive college and career readiness courses for 9th and 11th grades. Through the district's innovative virtual college and career fair, Dr. Richardson has expanded access to opportunities for all students, creating an equitable pathway to future success.
